"I am a New Jersey Mom, Wife, Airman in the US Air Force and all around Frugal maven. My goal is to show how frugality can be fun and that "misers" can be cool, witty and do actually have friends and family. I enjoy to cook, doing crafts with my children, having date nights at home with my Husband/best friend and I love blogging about it. 4 Hats and frugal is a family-friendly/PR friendly blog. I'm so glad you could stop by and chat!"

Welcome to Social Media Mom Sunday!

Social Media Mom Sunday is a very special post where I introduce you to a fantastic Social Media Mom that I have had the privilege of getting to know online and sometimes even offline!

Today's Social Media Mom and Maven!

I have followed Sherry of The Redhead Riter for several years - but only recently had a better opportunity to get to know her when her Bloggy Moms' account experienced a few technical difficulties.  Not only is Sherry one of the nicest women I have met in social media - her blog is funny, entertaining and informative on a variety of topics.  It will also bring tears to your eyes when you venture across the right post.

If you haven't connected with Sherry - get connected with yer today!

" Hi! I call myself "The Redhead Riter" which is "Writer" purposely misspelled. I wanted the alliteration of the "R's" thus the "Writer" is spelled "Rong"...Yes, I know the proper spelling for "Wrong"too.

I'm in the process of writing a couple books. Because I was diagnosed with a severe grain allergy, I had to change my plans a bit. One is a cookbook for not only grain free recipes, but also recipes that are filled with grain! Most people are not going to give up grain, so I'm all types of recipes.

The other book is about PTSD. Not only do I want to share my journey to help others cope with the devastating affects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, but also to bring awareness about this devastating disorder that can destroy your life.

Read more about Sherry HERE."

Have you met Sara Broers from All in An Iowa Mom's Day? I have! I've been able to get to know Sara not only online but at Bloggy Conference the past two years. She has developed a fantastic skill of being able to connect with brands and educate other bloggers on how to do so. Sara is a social media mom who has made a real impression on me with her willingness to share her knowledge and connect with other women.

If you haven't connected with Sara - you are missing out!

"Iowa, Travel, Teens, Agriculture, and life on an Iowa farm are Sara's passions. Sara has always loved to write. It was through her passion of writing and her willingness to find something new to do, that she started All In An Iowa Mom's Day in March of 2009.

Writing was the perfect outlet. It was through her love of writing that she jumped into Social Media, feet first. Through her interactions on Twitter, she found herself employed. Yep, you can find a job on Twitter.

Sara will tweet, write, speak, post, pin, and even teach a class on Social Media. Blogger Outreach is another area Sara can assist you with. Need a Twitter Party host, she can do that too! Contact sara at socialmediasara@yahoo.com

Social Media has became a large part of Sara's day to day happenings. For Sara, Social Media is all about the people. Sara is also a public speaker, so if you need a speaker for an upcoming event, give Sara a shout. She will work with you and put a program together that meets the need of your organization.

Connect with Sara on Twitter @saramomof2 - You will be happy you connected!"
