- You must be 18 years of age or older. By participating in any sweepstakes or giveaway you are guaranteeing that you are 18 years of age or older.
- You must not be a family member or personal friend of Tiffany Noth.
Entry into Sweepstakes and Giveaways
- The Mandatory Entry to any sweepstakes or giveaway on my blog will be simply leaving a comment on the post containing the sweepstakes or giveaway information.
- All entries must be received by the deadline given on the sweepstakes/giveaway post.
- All times are Eastern Standard Time

- Odds of winning depend upon the maximum number of entries into the sweepstakes/giveaway.
Prize
- The prize/giveaway will be clearly defined on the blog post containing the sweepstakes/giveaway information.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be drawn at random via random.org
- The winner will be announced on the original post containing the sweepstakes/giveaway information.
- The winner will be notified via email.
- The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification being sent.
- If winner does not respond, the drawing process will begin again.
Privacy
- Tiffany Noth/ABloggyMom reserves the right to use your name as you have entered it on any entry form – when announcing the winner.
- Tiffany Noth/ABloggyMom reserves the right to contact you via email address to notify you of your winnings.
- Tiffany Noth/ABloggyMom reserves the right to inform the sponsor of the winner’s contact information including but not limited to: Winners full name and Mailing Address.
Other Legal
- All Federal, State and Local Taxes with regards to receiving an item as a prize/giveaway are the sole responsibility of the winner.
